Under the leadership of Chef Brock Miller, Cabot's food service program features fresh, healthy meals cooked 100% from scratch each day. Cabot is proudly expBrock with Pineappleanding our selection of local foods, under partnership with Green Mountain Farm to School and Green Mountain Farm Direct. With the Middle School's Cabot Leads program in full force, we are starting to grow our own food on campus, and transforming the kitchen into a culinary education zone, in which our students are increasingly welcome to participate in the creation of their own meals. Not only is healthy, freshly prepared food delicious, we're finding that since we've switched to cooking from scratch we're saving lots of money compared to more proccessed, "traditional school" foods.
